Equipment Operator for Construction Company

We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our construction team in Clairvaux. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes to assist in various construction projects. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining the equipment, following safety protocols, and collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects.

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee resident of Clairvaux or willing to relocate.
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Physically fit with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes according to project needs.
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning and report any issues immediately.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage to the equipment.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operation and completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other tasks on the construction site as needed.

Salary: $1500 per month
