Online Tutor

We are seeking a highly motivated Online Tutor to join our team in Nairobi. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing online instruction and support to students of Indian nationality. You will be working with students of all ages and levels, helping them develop their English language skills through virtual lessons and activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching English as a second language, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online lessons and activities for students of Indian nationality
- Develop lesson plans and materials based on individual student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Communicate effectively with students to create an engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with other tutors to continuously improve teaching methods
- Stay up-to-date on current teaching techniques and tools

Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Previous experience in teaching English as a second language
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with online teaching platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
