Indian Tutor in Nairobi, Kenya

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Indian Tutor to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality academic support and guidance to students of various ages and levels. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, which includes accommodation. Fluency in English is not required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on the student's needs and learning styles
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects, including but not limited to English, Math, Science, and Social Studies
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Utilize creative teaching methods to engage students and make learning fun
- Assist with exam preparation and homework assignments
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with the ability to legally work in Kenya
- Previous tutoring experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience and understanding when working with students of different ages and abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs
- Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational materials
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
