Baker at a Bakery in Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our bakery located in the bustling city of Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about baking and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate and present finished products
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure quality control by inspecting ingredients and finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Order supplies as needed
- Train new bakers or assistants

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus)
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
