Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical designs and plans for building projects. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Review and interpret building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate drawings
- Prepare specifications for materials, equipment, and construction methods
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Jerusalem
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is a plus
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Filipino nationality preferred

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
