Entry-Level Excavator Operator


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Excavator Operator to join our team in Isa Town. As an entry-level operator, you will have the opportunity to work on various construction projects and gain valuable experience while operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator machinery to dig trenches, level ground, and move materials on construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Comply with safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects efficiently
- Follow project plans and blueprints to accurately complete assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications for operating heavy equipment (if not already obtained)
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience as an excavator operator is preferred but not required
