Nepali-Speaking Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nepali-speaking pastry chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful and delicious pastries, as well as a strong knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to menu specifications
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Ensure all pastry items are prepared and served in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to develop new menu items
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and other kitchen staff

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, including French pastries and modern trends
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt to dietary restrictions or special requests
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and spoken)
- Valid work permit for Israel (if not Israeli citizen)
