We are a prestigious architecture firm located in Kaunas, seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Your duties will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, conducting site surveys, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in architecture and at least 3 years of experience working on commercial projects. You should also have excellent design skills, knowledge of building codes and regulations, and proficiency in relevant software programs such as AutoCAD. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be collaborating with clients, contractors, and other team members. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates.
