Sales Manager - Sharjah


Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Train and mentor new members of the sales team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Experience in training and mentoring sales staff

We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month, along with performance-based incentives. This position is open to Canadian or Nepali nationals or those who are legally authorized to work in Sharjah. No English language proficiency or prior work experience is required for this role.
