Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of architectural design projects in the city of Wiltz. Your primary role will involve overseeing the design process, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and other professionals to develop innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and provide solutions that align with their vision
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure quality control
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on technical issues as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Wiltz is preferred but not required

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
