We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to assist English-speaking visitors in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable stay. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the city, including attractions, transportation, and dining options
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants or events
- Help guests with luggage and provide assistance with any special requests
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Keep track of guest feedback and address any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
