Project Manager

Our growing company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. This includes managing timelines, resources, budgets, and ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Identify project milestones and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on track
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
- Report project status to upper management

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Preferences:
- Experience working with Indian clients or teams
- Knowledge of Indian business culture
- Ability to speak Hindi or other Indian languages
- Experience working remotely or managing virtual teams

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. In addition, we offer accommodation for our employees from India who do not have housing in Herzliya. As this is a global company, biometric passports are preferred but not required.
