Project Manager



As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from conception to completion. You will be working closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met within the given time frame and budget. This position is based in Herzliya and is open to Indian or Pakistani nationals with strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, including defining scope, budget, timeline, and resources
- Organize and coordinate project team members, assign tasks, and monitor progress
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks and create contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards set by the client
- Use project management tools to track progress and manage documentation
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
