We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our organization's computer systems and processes to ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively. Your role will be crucial in identifying any areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop new or improved computer systems
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications and databases
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure functionality and resolve any technical issues
- Train end-users on system operations and provide ongoing support as needed
- Monitor system performance, identify errors or discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments or modifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve systems and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights for process improvements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. Remote work options may be available after an initial training period.
