Junior Computer Systems Analyst



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a member of our dynamic IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and implement software applications or modifications to existing systems to meet business needs.
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Train end-users on new or modified systems.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or SQL.
- Experience with database management systems (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
