Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our team of architects and ensure the successful completion of projects. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design process, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and ensuring that all designs meet relevant codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and provide leadership and guidance throughout the design process
- Oversee the development of architectural plans, including site visits, design meetings, and presentations to clients
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Ensure that all designs meet relevant codes and regulations
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure they are on track
- Provide technical guidance to architects on complex projects
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure efficient project management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management
- Proven experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Vianden (with accommodation provided)
