We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and landmarks. Your role will involve conducting thorough assessments of the structures, creating preservation plans, and overseeing the execution of restoration projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and landmarks to determine their condition and preservation needs
- Develop detailed preservation plans that take into account the historical significance, structural integrity, and cultural context of the structures
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that preservation projects are executed effectively
- Oversee construction work to ensure that it adheres to preservation guidelines and meets quality standards
- Research and source appropriate materials for restoration projects
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project to provide updates on progress and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, drawings, and photographs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural history, conservation principles, materials science, and building codes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information
- A passion for preserving cultural heritage

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with opportunities for professional development. This is a part-time position without accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals or have previous experience working on preservation projects in India.
