We are looking for a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your work will play a crucial role in maintaining our cultural heritage and ensuring the longevity of these important landmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine their condition and necessary preservation measures
- Develop preservation plans and strategies to maintain the integrity of these buildings while ensuring they meet modern safety and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee restoration projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and architectural styles relevant to the project at hand
- Communicate with stakeholders, including government agencies, property owners, and community members to ensure their needs are considered in the preservation process
- Monitor ongoing maintenance needs of preserved structures to ensure their continued longevity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in preservation architecture or related fields such as historic preservation or conservation architecture
- Strong understanding of architectural history and styles as well as knowledge of traditional building materials and techniques
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Filipino language is an asset)

This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with accommodation provided by the company. This is a contract job suitable for men who are passionate about preserving cultural heritage.
