Machine Operator - Sharjah, UAE



A manufacturing company in Sharjah is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. This role requires a candidate with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines used in production
- Set up machines for production runs according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills is a plus
