Senior Architectural Designer


We are in need of an experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative design concepts for various architectural projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Work closely with engineers and other team members to resolve any design issues
- Mentor and train junior designers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Jerusalem, Israel

Preference:
Indian candidates preferred but all nationalities welcome to apply. This is an urgent position so only candidates already in Jerusalem or able to relocate immediately will be considered.

Note:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we do provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for successful candidates.
