Hotel Sales Manager - Herzliya, Israel
We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hotel sales role, strong communication skills in English, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify opportunities to increase business
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure favorable terms for both parties
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make strategic recommendations
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present them to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Fluent in English (additional languages would be an advantage)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
