Junior Florist


We are a fast-growing flower shop based in Herzliya, seeking a creative and dedicated Junior Florist to join our team. As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, creation, and delivery of beautiful floral arrangements for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for flowers and a desire to develop their skills in the floristry industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior florists in creating floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
- Gathering necessary materials and supplies for arrangements
- Preparing flowers by removing thorns, trimming stems, and arranging them in vases or containers
- Delivering arrangements to customers and ensuring timely and safe delivery
- Maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies, restocking when needed
- Assisting with store displays and merchandising
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Keeping work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in design
- Previous experience in a flower shop or similar environment preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work quickly under pressure
- Basic understanding of floral design principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
