Job Title: Skilled Handyman

We are seeking a skilled handyman to join our team in Dubai. As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$. Preference will be given to Indian candidates with a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and components
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Inspect and maintain heating and cooling systems
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Biometric passport required for this position
