Handyman

We are currently hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Dubai. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on various properties and structures. Your primary duties will include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs. You should have experience with a wide range of tools and equipment, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks on properties.
- Conduct carpentry work such as building shelves, repairing doors/windows, and installing new fixtures.
- Handle plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
- Conduct electrical work such as changing light bulbs, installing outlets/switches, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Perform painting tasks including interior/exterior painting and touch-ups.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and appliances.
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for each job.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Knowledge of a variety of tools and equipment used in maintenance/repair work.
- Ability to read blueprints/diagrams for projects.
- Familiarity with basic electrical/plumbing principles.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to problem solve under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification in carpentry/electrician/plumbing is an asset.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.

Salary:
1600$ per month (depending on experience).

Location:
Dubai (candidates must have own visa or be willing to obtain one).

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance. Candidates must be available for urgent jobs and have a flexible schedule.
