Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Ahmadi. Your main duties will include managing the staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining the financial performance of the restaurant. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers. This position requires experience in the food industry, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. A competitive salary of 1400$ will be offered to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all staff members, including chefs, servers, and hosts
- Ensure efficient and smooth operations of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the restaurant
- Create staff schedules and ensure all shifts are adequately covered
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven track record in increasing revenue
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
