Barista - Hawalli, Kuwait


We are seeking experienced Baristas to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about coffee and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure all drinks are consistently made according to our standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the beverage station and work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
