Team Lead - Project Management


We are currently hiring a Team Lead for our Project Management team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of professionals to successfully complete projects and meet deadlines. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, ensuring they have clear goals and objectives
- Monitor project progress and provide guidance to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Mentor team members and provide ongoing training to develop their skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager or team lead in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and timeline constraints
