A popular cafe in the charming city of Clairvaux is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Barista and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring and brewing coffee according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling any concerns or complaints
- Upsell additional menu items and promote special promotions to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, and latte art preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

We offer competitive pay starting at $1700 per month as well as opportunities for growth within our company. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
