Barista (Temporary) - English Speaking

Our café in Clairvaux is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee drinks and providing excellent customer service to our diverse clientele. This is a great opportunity for an English speaking individual looking for temporary work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to our standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the counter area, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional language skills are a bonus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds

Salary: $1300 per month (based on experience)
