Administrative Coordinator (Medina, Saudi Arabia)
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be able to handle a wide range of tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including setting up conference calls and arranging travel accommodations
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Assist with project management tasks as assigned
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
