Plumber for Residential and Commercial Buildings

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial buildings. You must have thorough knowledge of plumbing materials, methods, and tools, as well as the ability to read blueprints and follow building codes. This position requires physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, etc.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Repair or replace damaged or faulty parts
- Follow building codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as electricians or HVAC technicians
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' concerns or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Plumber in residential and commercial settings
- Good understanding of plumbing systems, materials, methods, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and manually lifting heavy objects
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Valid biometric passport (preferred but not required)
- Indian nationality (preferred but not required)
