IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. Your duties will include setting up and maintaining computer systems, installing software and hardware, resolving technical issues, and providing training to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer systems and networking, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients.
- Provide timely resolution of technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities.
- Train users on new software or hardware as needed.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and developments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with diverse clients from different backgrounds is preferred.

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month. The salary can be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Siauliai. Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates outside the city.
