Land Surveyor in Albena, Bulgaria

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information for construction and development projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using specialized equipment and tools such as GPS receivers, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Prepare legal documents for property boundaries and land ownership
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure accuracy of survey results by verifying measurements and calculations
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new surveying techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical fitness for working outdoors in various weather conditions
