We are hiring a Database Administrator to join our growing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and reliable. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise and implementing appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate access controls and backups
- Troubleshoot database issues as they arise and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other teams to develop data-driven solutions for business needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve database management processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Database Administrator
- Strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS)
- Experience with SQL scripting and query optimization
- Knowledge of database security best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
