Job Title: Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Vianden. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data to support construction, engineering, and land development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Use specialized equipment such as theodolites, GPS receivers, and robotic total stations to gather data
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports, maps, and drawings
- Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures on land
- Collaborate with local government agencies to obtain necessary permits for construction projects
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong understanding of land development regulations and codes
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Vianden (accommodation not provided)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)

Language Requirements: English fluency required; additional languages a plus.
