Restaurant Manager


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring high quality standards are met.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain high standards.
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and make necessary adjustments to meet financial goals.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to develop menus, manage food costs, and ensure consistency in food quality.
- Oversee ordering of supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, cost control, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Biometric passport preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or business management is a plus.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus benefits. Accommodation can also be provided for non-local candidates if needed.
