A busy restaurant in Sheduva is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of service and food quality
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and specials
- Oversee marketing initiatives to attract new customers
- Conduct regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of policies, procedures, and performance expectations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing costs effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in restaurant management software
- Knowledge of Lithuanian cuisine is preferred but not required

Salary: $1300 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
