We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management role preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
