Our company, a leading retail brand in Hawalli, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, previous experience in retail sales, and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, plus commission. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Must have a valid visa to work in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Train new employees on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Create reports on sales performance and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Indian National with valid visa to work in Kuwait
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
