We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Clairvaux, France. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans for various projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed architectural plans
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create 2D and 3D models
- Prepare building specifications, cost estimates, and materials lists
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress meets design specifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
