Industrial Architect


We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their industrial building needs and develop design plans that meet their requirements and budget
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess potential building locations and gather necessary information for the design process
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the building design
- Monitor construction progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and construction methods used in the building process
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in construction technology to incorporate into designs
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations throughout the design and construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous industrial building designs
- Proficient in CAD software, as well as other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of industrial building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Ability to travel for site visits as needed

Salary: $1300 per month
