We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of English-speaking employees from Kenya, who do not require previous experience or accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of English-speaking employees from Kenya
- Provide training and support to team members
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
- Communicate effectively with all team members, including remote workers
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in a leadership position is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques is a plus
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
