We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Ashdod. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office, maintaining records and files, and providing administrative support to all departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience in handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines. This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including organizing meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval.
- Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
- Assist with budgeting and financial record keeping.
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as required.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
