Office Administrator - Ashdod, Kenya
We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Ashdod, Kenya. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks and providing support to other team members. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting room or individual
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare and distribute internal communications
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for management
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this part-time position.
