We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy restaurant in Jizan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Create and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with chefs to develop menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malayalam or Tagalog is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have own valid visa status

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to Malayalee or Filipino candidates who are currently residing in Jizan or have their own valid visa.
