Barista in Ashdod, Pakistan



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at our coffee shop in Ashdod, Pakistan. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1100$, and accommodation will be provided. We welcome candidates from all nationalities to apply for this role.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare beverages according to established recipes
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be physically fit as the job requires standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
