Senior Accountant


We are searching for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Sharjah. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our company and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws
- Conduct regular audits to identify any discrepancies or errors in financial records
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Provide guidance to junior accounting staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation is not provided.
