Job Title: Junior Construction Manager


We are currently hiring a Junior Construction Manager to join our growing team in Muharraq. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the construction industry and eager to learn and grow in their career.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop project plans
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers on site
- Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure they adhere to specifications and deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Prepare progress reports for management and clients
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Procore is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full time position.
