Office Manager
Sheduva, Lithuania
We are currently hiring for the position of Office Manager in our Sheduva office. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department
- Organize and maintain company records and files
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Monitor budget and expenses related to office operations
- Oversee cleaning services to ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Supervise administrative staff members and provide training as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Salary: $1100 per month
Working hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (9am to 5pm)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
