Job Title: Welder Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled Welder Supervisor to join our team in Vilnius. As a Welder Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of welders to ensure high-quality, efficient and safe welding operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in welding techniques, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of welders in accordance with project requirements
- Train and mentor new welders on proper welding techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect welding equipment and materials to ensure they meet project specifications
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for all welding operations
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule welding tasks
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the welding process
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of production, materials used, and labor hours

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in welding is preferred
- Proven experience as a Welder Supervisor or similar leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of various welding techniques, equipment, tools, and materials
- Strong understanding of safety procedures in relation to welding operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
